Start smaller than you think
Big change is built from small, repeated acts of love. Here are five you can start this week:
- Send the text. That friend you've been meaning to check on — two sentences is enough.
- Eat one meal without a screen. Presence is a gift you give the people at the table.
- Say the encouraging thing out loud. Don't just think it.
- Ask for help with one thing. Letting someone help you is also connection.
- Forgive one small debt. Let go of one grudge that's been renting space in your head.
